A wonderful old traditional Gospel song that we first heard done by Jake Landers and the Dixiemen.

5 Going Up

We used to play this song with full instrumentation. Now, we like it "nearly" a capella with just a few guitar strums.

Jim and Jesse are noted for their duets but they have recorded some fine Gospel trios along with Don McHan.

Mark and Leo were friends in high school in South Dakota and coincidence found them both playing bluegrass in the Twin Cities.

A terrific Gospel song by the immortal Hank Williams, but one he never recorded. The words come from a CD of his demo tapes. We found them more inter esting than the ones we've heard elsewhere. Alan: baritone vocal Bruce: mandolin and bass vocal Mark: guitar and lead vocal Chuck: tenor vocal
